Taylor Davis es una violinista americana que ha realizado muchos covers de videojuegos, películas y series de televisión y los sube vía YouTube (les dejo el link de su canal). En esta ocasión les comparto el tema de una serie basada en los libros de George R.R. Martin, “Game of Thrones”.

Lo único que puedo decirles de esta canción es que es de la Costa Chica de Guerrero-Oaxaca. En este Día de Muertos creo que es lo más indicado para compartirla...

Junto con Lennon fueron los compositores más importantes de la época. Ex integrante de The Quarrymen y Wings. Compositor, activista, productor musical, entre otras cosas.

Hoy les dejo “My Valentine” en donde los actores Natalie Portman y Johnny Deep (en su faceta musical), utilizan el lenguaje de los signos para interpretarla. Espero les guste.

Al fin vídeo oficial de Los Juegos del Hambre (The Hunger Games) y aunque no es para nada mi cantante favorita Taylor Swift (tal vez no debería poner eso) lo cierto es que me gusto mucho tanto la canción como el vídeo esperemos que el soundtrack (o bueno la banda sonora) sea igual de maravillosa.

Goyte (Wouter "Wally" De Backer) es un músico multi-instrumental, cantante y compositor de origen belga-australian¸ Goyte también es integrante de la banda indie-pop The Basics (que ha lanzado algunos títulos desde el 2002).

Goyte nos trae la canción "Somebody That I Used To Know" en colaboración de la cantante Kimbra, sin duda alguna un gran éxito no solo por su letra fuera de lo común también por la deliciosa composición musical ¡Que lo disfrute!

Kleber Cavalcante Gomes o mejor conocido como Criolo Doido es un cantante brasileño de rap y soul, aunque siempre busca llega a una combinación de estilos, es un cantante que logra llevar sus vivencias o las problemáticas sociales a la música que logra llegar a todos los oídos.
"No hay amor en San Paulo" es una canción que me cautivo con su música y que después de una ardua traducción (esta bien la traduje con Google), me cautivo con su letra triste...

Ya les había presentado en el vídeo de Evergreen, a el fotógrafo y director de cine francés Yoann Lemoine  y lo cierto es que no solo es reconocido como director de videoclips (Moby y Katy Perry), ahora nos sorprende con su nueva propuesta musical indie, Woodkids (nombre artístico) así que los dejo "Iron" la cual fue utilizada para el trailer oficial del videojuego Assassins Creed: Revelations...

Primero fue la  banda estadounidense de rock alternativo Paramore quien le dio vida al tema musical de  Twilight  con “Decode” (para mi la mejor), después para New Moon la banda de indie rock estadounidense Death Cab for Cutie nos trajo “Meet me on the equinox” y como olvidar que para Eclipse,  Metric se encargo del tema “All Yours”. Se acerca el final y es hora de revelar quien será la siguiente…

La joven cantante estadounidense Christina Perri, la misma que nos trajo el éxito "Jar of Hearts" fue escogida para formar parte no solo de la banda sonora, sino también de preparar el videoclip oficial  de  Breaking Dawn-1 con el tema "A Thousand Years” ¿Qué te parece?...

"Evergreen" un vídeo de que sin duda se complementado con la animación. La animación fue realizada por el francés Yoann Lemoine y la voz le pertenece a la  cantante francesa de origen bretón Axelle Renoir.

No esperen aun no dejen de leer, lo se, lo se… ¿Calle 13? ¿En serio? Yo también lo pensaría si fuera ustedes (a menos que les guste Calle 13). Para ser honesta  y diplomática no es mi banda preferida (la primera vez que los escuche me dieron ganas de saltar frente un camión…) digamos que su estilo musical no va acorde a lo que acostumbro escuchar…

Bueno, pues bien, hace unos ayeres me encontraba escuchando las recomendaciones musicales en el radio y escuche sin saber quien era “La Bala” me gusto mucho la letra y en si, la intensidad de la canción, al mencionar de quien  era la rola me fui de frente, solo puedo decir que me sonó muy diferente a lo que ya había escuchado. 

Sucumbiendo a la curiosidad me puse a investigar un poco sobre lo último que han sacado y me encontré con que Calle 13 nos sorprende con su nuevo álbum “Entren los que quieran” una nueva propuesta  muy variada en temas (filosofía, política, cultura, sociedad…) y en la cual citando a  René Pérez (Residente) en su entrevista con AP (link, abajo) "se siente la madurez en las letras, en la música" …

“CON CAUSA. Todo gesto de rebeldía, aunque sea el colmo de autorreferencialidad, tiene una causa: ya sea la disconformidad, la crisis, la marginación, la injusticia, o el saqueo indiscriminado por parte de los poderosos. Y la "incomodidad" de quienes no gustan (o no deben) ser incomodados, es, seguramente, la principal consecuencia de esa rebeldía.”

Así que... Si recomiendo no solo la canción de "Latinoamerica", sino que recomiendo todo el disco (pero solo este disco, bajo su responsabilidad escuchan los otros)...
